The Visitor Center Ambassador is the frontline representative of the Revolutionary Valley Regional Visitors Center. This role welcomes guests, provides travel information and recommendations, and ensures a positive visitor experience. Associates act as ambassadors for the region, helping travelers “step into history and stay for more.”
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and provide personalized recommendations for attractions, dining, events, and lodging.
- Distribute brochures, maps, and other visitor materials.
- Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email/social media.
- Assist with retail sales (souvenirs, books, local goods) and maintain accurate transactions.
- Keep visitor materials stocked and organized.
- Track visitor inquiries, demographics, and feedback for reporting.
- Assist with special events, tours, and promotional activities as needed.
- General area maintenance
- Represent Revolutionary Valley in a professional, welcoming manner.
